The first step is the client's request specifying the purpose of the application (by e-mail, letter, fax, …). To save time and money, our clients are advised to use e-mail. A form is included on our web site for this purpose.
GLS responds by sending an order form within the hour, giving a precise estimate of the cost and deadlines.
Then the project manager gets in touch with the client by telephone or schedules a meeting to settle all details.
Acceptance of the offer -- the client returns the order form by indicating "For Acceptance" with the date and signature.
A dossier is sent presenting the interpreters.
At the latest 15 days before the event, the client sends all documentation needed for the interpreting assignment.
